This form is to be completed by a Competitor or Driver that requires an additional Support Vehicle Pass or to have their Trailer/Truck parked in the Paddock Area, while still using their Support Vehicle Pass. 

Only one (1) additional pass per entry may be applied for. Processing times will vary, and may take up to 24 hours to be processed.
